How nostalgic do you feel about sex? Because unless you’re into grainy footage from a gay pride parade in the late 1970s, you’re probably not going to get much from this film. Perhaps it will bring back fond memories for men who masturbated to it when they were younger, but it lacks any of the sexual quality put into adult films today.
For starters, the torso on the front of the DVD case…not in the film. The unidentified stars of this film come from the string bean days of the 70s, before buff bodies were the norm. Plus, you get a whole lot of actual footage of the parade, which, rather than bringing any sense of pride, is like witnessing the calm before the storm, seeing the smiling faces of a community that didn’t know what was about to hit it. Not to mention, this footage is continuously edited in between the sex scenes.
The action is raw, but the camera work isn’t exactly the most advanced to really capture it. You don’t get to see much close-up action. On the other hand, it doesn’t feel rehearsed or scripted (although the really bad dialogue is scripted).
The first couple, dark-haired and blond, does a very hot 69 with hardcore oral stimulation that brings one of them to orgasm, but first you have to get past the blond licking the nostrils of the other guy…not exactly my thing.
Second couple is dark-haired. One in a jockstrap has a wonderfully hairy ass and major 70s mustache. The blowjobs are fine, but the best part is watching that hairy butt get plugged. If only the camera had captured the action better. That same hairy man hooks up with an emaciated blond for the next scene, and where as he only got it doggy style by the first guy, this time he goes missionary and then gets leapfrogged. There’s a bit more focus on the close-up penetration this time, and it’s great.
We then get an interracial scene in which a pretty blond boy services an African American man in a business suit—who says ridiculous things as he getting blown, like, “OH! What would my family say???”, and “I’ve never done anything like this!” Sort of wished he had a dick as big as his own shoved in his mouth too so he would just shut up. However, I must admit, he looks sexy wearing just his tie and his white underwear as he pokes his big cock out the piss slot of the undies to screw the young white boy. And he does a wheelbarrow, holding the young guy’s legs off the ground while doing it doggystyle. Best moment in the entire movie…just wish it had been MORE than a moment. After the black guy leaves, this sleazy looking white guy with a beard comes in and the blond services him, too. The blond sits on his dick and we finally get some real clear visuals of penetration.
If HIS DVD is going to re-release these old films, perhaps they should make compilation discs instead, cutting out all the excess, non-sexual footage in order to get more sex acts on one disc. As it is now, this film isn’t much of an aphrodisiac. It’s more like a necessary piece of gay history that needs to be archived. Celebration
