The work submitted MUST be original and you must OWN THE RIGHTS to it. If you plagiarize work, or if you already sold your rights, then please do not publish your work online with SexHerald. We will cooperate with all legal authorities with regards to protection of copyrights.

If you violate any of the rules or regulations listed above, we will terminate your account and remove all content. Since our readers can flag any story or poetry, your work will be reported by community members if you do not abide by these standards. While we believe in the rights of individual privacy in the bedroom, we are firmly against exploitation of minors- even in fiction. Writing that contains references to children will be reported.

Uploading your literary work constitutes permission for us to use it for publicity and promotions without additional compensation. Erotic literature submitted in this section of SexHerald may only be done by a writer that does not earn their living through writing and is not considered a "professional" writer or erotica. Professional writers may submit work by clicking here. All work must be submitted in English.

If you submit a photo of yourself (to be posted next to your Erotica), it MUST be a true and accurate representation of who you are. It may NOT be a photo taken of you when you were less than 18 or 21 years of age (depending on local laws), or a drawing, cartoon or other graphic interpretation. The photo may NOT contain nudity.
