Weaving Thread
This month I want you all to get naked and really work up a sweat. If you are the giver in the Weaving Thread position, then you should be sitting with your legs outstretched in front of you. Your partner then sits on your lap while facing you with his or her legs open and on either side of you. Your partner leans back holding on to your ankles for support. Once comfortable, you can lean back and hold onto his or her ankles. When my partner and I tried this position, we put a spin on it. I flipped over onto my stomach and held onto his ankles as he leaned back holding onto my ankles (as instructed earlier). Either way, I know you both will have a terrific time and if saved for last you won’t have to move very far afterwards. This position requires lower body strength. WeavingThread
