The Yin and Yang
When I first read about the Yin and Yang, I tilted my head to the side and thought “Wow!?” The easiest way to start the Yin and Yang is in the 69 position, one on top and the other on bottom, face to genitals. Then slowly let your partner pull his/her legs up, bent at the knee, to your shoulder. Your head should be between the legs. Next slowly pull your knees to your partner’s shoulders. Because you are both squeezed together, there is very little “extra space” between the bodies, thus heightening the sensation. Just remember not to smother your partner. Here’s a tip: Try to lay flat as possible so you will keep your balance. Take it from me; rolling off the bed is not fun. However, my partner did have fun with this position since my behind was well within reach. The Yin and Yang is perfect for salad tossing as well. This position requires some flexibility and balance.
