The Wall, the Bed and the Chair
This is a standing-up-against-the-wall position but you will need some assistance preferably the side of the bed or a chair. While standing, your partner should have you up against the wall, legs between yours. Slowly have your partner raise the leg closest to the bed or chair so that it is bent at the knee and resting on the support. Don’t rush because, if done correctly, your partner should be able to raise your leg while raising his/hers. In the end, one of your partner’s legs is straight on the floor and the other is resting on the buttress and bent at the knee while supporting your leg which is bent over his/hers. Then you can enjoy the action. My partner is taller than me so I was on my toes a lot but overall a keeper position. This position requires strength, balance and a little coordination.
