The Squat
This position will be a favorite with any yoga, Pilates and/or exercise fans. The Squat is also very simple to execute. If you are the receiver, then your partner should be laying on his/her back, face up, legs down and apart. You, position yourself between your partner’s legs squatting on top of him/he, thigh on thigh. Then your partner wraps his/her legs around your waist. Your partner can keep either his/her legs crossed at the ankles or touching at the knees. I know in that moment, I felt like a video girl / porn star; so as a word of caution, periodically clasp hands for support. From there you can control movement and speed, giving you the opportunity to tease your partner. To bring it up a level, have your partner raise his/her body up off the floor. My partner wanted to wrap his arms around my waist and lean forward. It was fabulous as long as I remembered to keep my balance. This position requires coordination, balance and strength. TheSquat
