The Queen
Use your partner to his/her fullest with The Queen. While your partner sits on the edge of a chair or the bed, slide down your partner’s lap keeping your partner’s legs closed between yours. Your legs must be open and on either side of your partner’s legs. Once properly seated, you get to pull your partner’s legs up either straight ahead or bent at the knees and rock back and forth. Here’s a helpful hint: Your partner can balance themselves by leaning back on their hands with their arms outstretched. You use your partner’s legs to stabilize yourself and for greater control when rocking. The Queen took a few tries before my partner and I got a good rhythm going but once we did, “ooh la la.” The Queen isn’t a position you can do for an extended period due to the strength it takes keeping the legs up. This position requires balance, control, strength and coordination.
