This position takes a moment to coordinate so you may want to put this at the beginning of your sexual routine. If you are the receiver, then you should lie on your stomach with your legs open wide like a V. Your partner then kneels behind you straddling one of your legs. As your partner enters you from behind, s/he should lift one of your legs in the air so it will be fully extended.
