The Lockdown
Okay, so after the aforementioned head twister I’ve lightened up on you this time. Although The Lockdown may sound very aggressive, it is really quite simple. If you are on the receiving end of this position, lie on your back with your legs in the air. Wrap your legs around your partner’s back, locking them at the ankles. With arms perpendicular to your body, you and your partner can clasp hands. You both can get to rocking from there. The fun is in keeping your hands and your ankles locked while constantly moving. For some added spice, try this position sitting or standing. When I tested this position, I found that you can get even wilder and try going from one to the other without letting go. It was even more exciting to find myself falling into other positions. Of course, this gave my partner license to think he was a superhero. This position requires strength, coordination and flexibility. TheLockdown
