The Ironman Challenge
This position determines how buff you and your partner happen to be. Besides being strong, the other thing you have to consider is picking a chair to use. The chair is essential for proper execution of the position. If you are the receiver, have your partner sit on the edge of the chair, legs together and extended out in front. Then you lay on top of your partner’s legs, putting your head by your partner’s feet. You can hang your legs over the edge of the chair or put your feet on your partner’s shoulders. If you and your partner are daring enough s/he can lean on the edge of the chair with his/her elbows. As I always advise, choose your chair carefully making sure it’s sturdy and relatively quiet because you will make noise and you don’t want it to break midway through a stroke. My partner and I went about three lovely minutes before we broke the position. TheIronmanChallenge
