The Human Push-Up
This position will take you back to gym class. If you are the receiver, this time you get to be on your back with your legs up knees bent at the chest. Your partner then lies on top of you facing the other direction. So your partner lying on his/her stomach, legs on either side of your body, feet at your head. Think of your partner in a mock push-up on top of you in the opposite direction so your genitals make contact. Then you fold your legs over your partner’s backside. Now you two can get into a rhythm. You can hold on to his/her feet for stability. Your partner can use the bed or the floor for stability. The Human Push-Up is great for pumping up your partner. When testing this position, my partner really got his adrenaline and testosterone flowing as he tried to send me through the mattress. The Human Push-Up requires stability, strength and control.
