Sturdy Trees
For the adventurous outdoor person the, Sturdy Trees is exciting to try when you know a place that is tucked away and has trees which are somewhat spaced apart. This position can also be adapted for use against any wall inside or outside. The inserting partner leans back against one tree, feet firmly planted on the ground (or with toes leaning against the opposite tree if spaced apart appropriately). As the receiving partner leans back against the opposite tree, they are picked up by the hips and the inserting partner moves inside. After trying this, I found that this position takes some effort and strength and gets more difficult when the trees are spaced far apart. It would also be a good idea to bring something to wrap around yourselves so both of you won’t scratch your backs like we did. Also, try not to pick up or be picked up too high in the air. The partner in the air is more prone to slipping down the tree and falling. This position requires strength, balance, concentration and luck. SturdyTrees
