Stretching Muscles
I told you I would give you a workout before we took it outdoors, so get ready to stretch. This position may have you stretching your leg and arm muscles and maybe some back muscles, too. If you are the receiver then lie on your stomach, keep your legs wide apart, and bend your knees back. Your feet should be close to your head. You can use your hands to hold your legs if needed. Your partner then climbs on top of you with his chest on your back. Let insertion begin. Since my partner is aggressive in bed and loves to put me in a pretzel position, he was very happy to try this one.
