Hold On!
This month’s theme, if you haven’t guessed, is knees to chest. Here’s another one that has the two of you all intertwined. If you are the receiving partner, then sit on the floor against the wall or the headboard (to give you more support). Your partner sits facing you with his/her legs on either side of you. You pull your knees to your chest while holding your calves in the air. Your partner holds on to your neck for support. You two rock back and forth while you are still holding on to your calves and he/she holds on to your neck. When I attempted this position, it took a while because I caught a case of the giggles. But once again when my partner and I got into a rhythm it was so much fun and yes we did fall over a few times so you may not get this position right the first time. But that’s the fun. This position requires coordination and balance. HoldOn!
