End of the Rainbow
This one will be a favorite among yoga and Pilates fans. In the End of the Rainbow position, the receptive partner lies on his/her back then arches the middle of his/her body so that the palms and feet are the only things touching the ground. The inserting partner, standing slightly bent at the knees, grabs his/her partner by the hips firmly and enters. Upon entering, the inserting partner lifts his/her partner slightly so that he/she can wrap one leg around the inserting partner’s waist, while the other leg remains on the floor. This position was fun for me. My partner and I tried it while he was standing and while he knelt on the floor. I found that wrapping my leg around his waist gave my partner something to hold on to during thrusting, thus giving him better control. This position requires flexibility, balance and strength.
