 Normally people go to the gym to get their heart rate up and get a workout. In the case of TheRealWorkout.com you, the viewer, will feel your pulse increasing along with them, once the trainer lets down his guard and engages his trainee in some naked extracurriculars. Each scene here starts out fairly normal…hot chick and guy trainer working on weights, aerobics, even kickboxing before moving on to a bit of coitus, generally dropping the gloves (and their pants) where they stand and going at it. Both parties get their due, and she's left with a bit of extra cleanup before hitting the showers.
 The fitness slant is used to varying degrees during the actual sex. Sometimes not at all, other times they'll be stretched across benches or equipment, holding on for dear life. One gal shows up just before closing time, only to earn a bit of a later stay in trade for banging the staffer on duty. Another follows the trainer home for a protein shake, which goes about how you'd imagine. The site does well in terms of options. You can download one-minute clips, thirds, 10-minute best-of footage, or the whole thing with a single click. Photos offer similar flexibility, giving you galleries, slideshows, downloadable zip archives, or screen captures straight from the video. Videos come in MOV, WMV, MPEG, and MP4 formats, so you're bound to find the content in a format that meets the needs of your favorite player.
 The downside is that there are really only 15 videos so far, and development is lagging. They were posting something weekly from November 2007 through May 2008, but nothing new has gone up for June yet. Either they're just behind schedule or they've left the site behind for now. Network sites show content being updates since then, so I presume it's the former. Speaking of, the site doesn't travel alone. There are dozens more videos included with membership, including ones at InnocentHigh.com, OyeLoca.com, SoloInterviews.com, EuroCityLife.com, ThisGirlSucks.com, and TrailerTrash.com, though they're a little inconsistent in terms of overall quality from site to site. OyeLoca.com and InnocentHigh.com are great, but ThisGirlSucks.com and TrailerTrash.com are from a decidedly different level of quality. The design isn't as sharp, and the girls not nearly as hot.
 A cheap trial, very competitive pricing, and bonus sites to boot, there's plenty to like about TheRealWorkout.com. If fitness and fornication are inseparable in your mind, jump in and take a look around. The present dearth of dedicated site content may be disheartening, but what's here is good, the bonus sites give it legs, and I expect it will improve further in the coming months.
