Beefy men, mostly from southern California, flex their muscles and talk about their workouts on ManofMuscle.com. There are a variety of ages, body types, and races represented and each model has two sets of pictures in their respective galleries (one high-resolution and one low) and a series of video clips available for low, medium, and high bandwidth connections that open in Windows Media Player for either Mac or PC. (Photo galleries are updated on Thursdays and video content is updated every Sunday, just FYI…)

There are about a dozen men currently featured on ManofMuscle.com and updated content is noted on the homepage once members log in. (If you’ve got the fever for a particular model, this can come in quite handy.) Once you zoom in on one of the featured studs, you get a brief bio of the man responsible for the cultivation of the muscles, and video interviews about his workout preferences and philosophies. For the most part, however, the model is fully (or at least semi-clothed) as there are two things that seem rather conspicuously absent on this site: 1) Nudity and 2) Fucking (as this is a straight-up worship destination).

Men (gay, straight, bi or otherwise undecided) with a genuine interest in bodybuilding, on the other hand, will no doubt enjoy the articles and links to FitnessGurus.com and GuaranteedMuscle.com. Both of these sites provide members with information about specialized diets and workout techniques that promote the development of a healthier body mass. Video clips on GuaranteedMuscle.com demonstrate the proper form for reverse crunches on an incline bench, bicep curls, push-ups, sit-ups, and barbell deathlifts. Q&A threads on topics like cardio fitness, supplements, gym equipment, and injury prevention are posted to FitnessGurus.com.

Unfortunately, horny surfers and voyeurs looking for clandestine encounters between muscular strangers filmed on location in top gyms around the world will be sorely disappointed by the chastity of ManofMuscle.com.
