I'm pretty well-aware of where modern games are in terms of visuals, interactivity, and overall quality, but porn games like these tend to feel about 10 years behind the tech and developed in someone's garage for about $10. Not so with Hentai3d.com. It starts out as cheeky fun and ramps up to being solidly impressive across the boards.

Hentai3D, the first of two games, is the "cheeky fun" I described above. The character models—all women, but around a dozen distinctly different ones—look generally good and have a clear anime influence with the big eyes, small mouths, and face-framing hairstyles of the genre. The settings vary from beaches to bedrooms to satanic altars, in keeping with the weirdness of hentai. Despite the absence of men, there's no shortage of pleasurable things to stick into these virtual ladies. In fact, options and customizability are the order of the day, offering all manner of dildos and strap-ons, whips, nipple chains, bananas and cucumbers, nipple clamps and a wide variety of costumes, not to mention the ability to whip out your wang and shoot a load on the girl(s) at will. Pick your models, your locale, and customize everything in-game from there. New positions and items unlock as you gradually arouse the subject more and more. It looks better than many similar games I've seen, and even asks you up front how good your video hardware is. For a game that runs in a Web window, it looks and plays really well. Nice effects abound like high-res models, bouncing boobs, and swaying hair, as well as idle and reactive animations and behaviors (if you poke her, she reacts accordingly) and eyes that follow you around as you move the camera. It's a heck of a lot better than queuing up one monotonous animation that repeats ad nauseum with no spontaneity or surprises.

HentaII 3D, the cleverly named sequel, takes everything I said above and pushes it to 11. Seriously, the models must have detail and poly counts rivaling that of the Dead or Alive girls of PS2 and Xbox fame. It really does look stunning, but the visuals aren't the only thing that blew my mind. The amount of options in every category available in the original game has increased tenfold: Costumes, sex toys, model quality, settings, interactivity options, camera positioning…it's all incredibly well-done. Plus, you get a man to throw into the action this time! There's so much to do in this installment that they included a tutorial to show you the ropes. You even get to choose how you talk to the girls, and the interface is so intuitive it just boggles my mind. You can right-click on any toy or person and a context menu comes up with a slew of options. For example, from these easy-to-use menus, you can select an outfit, pose the girl(s), and pick which implement(s) to use on them, as well as automating certain activities so you can double or even triple the fun. One dildo in her vagina set to "Orgasmic" speed, a string of anal beads sliding in and out of her ass, and a user-driven groping hand all going simultaneously should get her off in no time.

There's so much else to do, like the Photo shoot mode where you pick a pose and try to catch her seductive glimpses from any angle, or the V-to-A button, designed to do nothing but switch the current vaginal activity to anal. Or how about the Pimp My Pussy mode, where you can adjust the labia, gape, color, shape, and pubic hair she's got, among other things. Or the dozens of chest options like picking nipple size, shape, color, breast size, shape, rotation, spacing, lift (perk)…you can tweak everything right down to the color of her fingernails. Just exploring the tons of options and content already available will take you weeks, and the girls' behavior and visual quality is lifelike to the point that you won't care that it's not real. As if that weren't enough, the site also offers a WinAmp visualization plugin that makes the sexy girls from the games dance along to your favorite tunes!

I played these games (especially the sequel) for hours and never got bored or ran out of new things to do. If you're looking for an interactive sexual endeavor and have a speedy PC to make the most of the eye candy, I have yet to see anything better than what's available on Hentai3D.com.
