We've all had the fantasy, we just don't act on it. That's what lead man Christian St. Croix would have you believe about the affectionately termed Lolita fetish. Set in the comfortable suburbaniteness of a large single family home complete with baby grand piano and Robin's egg blue painted walls, along with devoted housewife, Katie Morgan, St. Croix plays father figure to a college aged step-daughter done especially well by Candi Summmers.
The film opens with St. Croix entering stage left on a shortened edition of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Violet Blue playing an overly wanton sprite flittering hither and yon on a pair of delicate purple wings. Representing all that is inherent in masculine human nature, and following strong Shakespearean themes for the remainder of the feature, ye Olde Crooked Cock ravages the apparently innocent Violet amidst a host of forest imagery. References to the great bard and textual intercourse abound as Violet quotes increasingly familiar lines from Romeo and Juliet, Midsummer's..., and others, only to be countered in kind by a variety of scene partners.
Vivid-Alt famous James Dean barrels his way through a convincing college dorm sex scene (read: short and fast on a small bed,) while Candi Summers and effervescent housewife personality Katie Morgan does dastardly deeds with Evan Stone in a Fabio reminiscent windblown look atop a plush matress, expensive lingerie not withstanding the onslaught. The whole of the production feels more Quentin Tarantino-Pulp Fiction with discordant, anacronistic vignettes as opposed to a more Elizabethan linear progression towards a chilling denoument. When we do finally reach the falling action, there is no cathartic finale save for St. Croix discussing how his life has changed after his marriage fell apart poolside in a relaxed shirt and jeans. Contrastly, were you really expecting something you could analyze in your graduate level English Lit class?
Get this film because Violet Blue and Candi Summers expertly play into your schoolgirl fetish and are more than happy to suspend disbelief to perpetuate fantasy. Jump through the looking glass of your computer screen and into Wonderland.
