This film starts out with a very long commercial for various websites. Promotions for the same and similar websites are also the only “special feature” this DVD has to offer.
Once you get past the long promo, the film is pretty much a Spring Break exposé full of wet T-shirt contests and college girls kissing each other to appear sexy to large male audiences.
Most of the wet T-shirt contests are what you would expect. Some stage at a Spring Break hot spot houses a man with a mic calling girl after girl on to the stage so another guy can either hose her down or pour a bucket or pitcher of water over her. Most girls flash the audience and a very few just flat out remove their shirts.
It isn’t until later in the film that a good variation on this theme comes out. Instead of having the girls just get their tops wet, the girls are put in a shower with two heads to get thoroughly drenched. One particular little hottie has a porno worthy body that she shakes like a professional back up dancer. She enters the shower wearing nothing but a white t-shirt and a white scarf tied around her waist giving off a great view of her beautiful pussy.
A highlight is a birthday cake presented to one of the hosts by two topless beauties who then smear cake all over each other and then lick it off each other. When the brief licking is done the two get completely naked and clean each other off in the shower provided to hose down the wet T-shirt contest participants.
Unfortunately, aside from the brief full nudity and licking of the two professional porn stars, the film is just a bunch of college girls shaking their asses and occasionally taking off their shirts. There is no sex and not even much kissing. As far as a jack-off worthy porno goes, this film lacks any great substance.
Its content is great for what it is. The girls shown are usually very hot. Some barely legal college co-eds give a really great show. So as far as Spring Break college co-eds gone wild goes, this is a quality piece of work. But without any hot sex to rate, the best I can offer this film is a 2.
