Nothing says sexy quite like a uniform, be it a military man or just the UPS guy. There’s something even more appealing about a woman in a nurse’s uniform; maybe it’s the idea of soiling that white lab coat and making things a little less sanitized, who knows? The first plus for this film is that there is absolutely no dialogue to mar any of the scenes, instead we are treated to some interesting music with a jazz edge. The second plus is the smokin’ quality of the actresses; both Simony and Val look extraordinarily voluptuous in their uniforms, and you can hardly blame the patient for grabbing Val’s ass as she tries to check his heartbeat. He is rewarded by her slapping his hands away, but she soon acquiesces and leans in for a deep kiss. The action swiftly moves to oral and Val looks completely the part of the vixen, especially when we get a glimpse of her bare ass and legs sheathed in the always sexy garter/stockings combination. The action is so steamy that Simony, who up to this point had been pleasuring herself while watching the other two, joins in to help the lucky patient thrust into Val. This escalates into doggie style over the desk, and finally anal, culminating with cum erupting onto Val’s waiting tongue. If the patient didn’t have a heart condition when he came in, he’s likely to have one now.

My only complaints with this scene are that Daniella’s moans seem a little contrived, and there is a slight editing glitch where Nikita has no glasses and seconds later appears with them on. If only we had been rewarded with a cumshot at the end instead of more kissing, the scene would be perfect.

Proving that two is always better than one, director Patrick Handsome includes an excellent scene with two couples fucking at once, with the action becoming intertwined at points. Sabina and Kelly each have their hands full on either side of a hospital curtain. Things get really hot when the curtain slides away, and Kelly gets it from behind while delivering a skillful blowjob. The scene also involves anal, double penetration, and some nice shots where are there are views of both couples fucking at once.

The camera work and lighting come together to make this a tight, clean film. The last scene includes one of the best penetration shots I’ve ever seen—the action is nice and slow, and the camera catches everything.
