It’s called ‘The Boy Has Balls’, sure, but the film doesn’t: it’s far from daring. But never fear, as hairless, handsome fellows with nice smiles, close-cropped haircuts and perfect bodies abound. There’s kissing, there’s a bit of humor and there’s the kind of nipple and armpit-licking that can be every bit as sexy as anything involving the genitals. But the whole enterprise – down to the occasional bursts of soundtrack and the nominal plot – is utterly conventional.

The first two-man scene is enjoyable enough but when the anal action commences the proceedings heat up. I love a performer who enjoys being fucked as Jose Ganetti seems to. Better yet, he gives as good as he gets, and when the boys change positions, George Casear, who had been topping, comes with Ganetti’s dick buried inside him.

You can’t make a gym-based porn film without some locker room action, right? Director Dane obliges, offering up a scene that is, for all intents and purposes, a virtual replay of the first, pitting the goofily smiling Daniel Halasz against the formidably chiseled Givoanni Floretto (only pity that Floretto can’t keep it up while he’s getting fucked).

Stay tuned, I guess, for a fairly dispassionate threesome in which Peter O’Farrell, Gabriel Kardos and Pal Tengeri suck and fuck gamely enough. When the cast looks so much alike, sometimes these group scenes get confusing, and I quickly lost sight of who was who, but I like a group scene, and isn’t that the point?

If you share my interest in such pile-ups, the final scene in this film will thrill you: it’s a five-man orgy with Peter Balogh, James Jordan, Casear and Ganetti from the first scene, and the adorable fresh face Robert Smiley. Smiley, indeed: lisping and innocent, he’s just cute and believable enough to stand out in the crowd, but he still gets down and dirty with the rest of them. Considering that these fellows are meant to be a bunch of competitive amateur boxers, it’s pleasantly surprising how well they’re able to share one willing asshole between them. Isn’t it nice when porn comes with a lesson?
