Teenage Bra Busters, in the Big Tit Superstars of the 70s series from Alpha Blue Archives is a fantastic collection of vintage vignettes from the golden age of porn.

There was a time when it was more important to set your skin flick to hip sounding jazzy soundtrack than to expose the audience to the inane chatter of bimbos and chowder-heads who are about to fuck each other silly. Actors and actresses actually had a chance to act since there was no smutty dialogue to drive the “plot.” Those days are gone. But thanks to Alpha Blue Archives, we can relive those times just as though they were yesterday.

Six out of the ten steamy scenes in Teenage Bra Busters have no sound other than the psychedelic jazz symphony orchestra that accompanies the wanton carnality. And if I could recommend a porno solely based on its music, I would recommend this one over and over again. If one were so inclined, one could watch this movie with eyes closed and still enjoy it.

Although the swanky music is a major plus, there are drawbacks to 70s porn. Most of the scenes here were shot on 16mm film, and it looks like some of them may have been shot on 8mm cameras with no live sound capture capability. The picture is sometimes grainy and the colors are almost always washed out, but who cares? These young, big-titted sluts are naked and horny, I don’t mind if their skin looks yellow-ish. But if you have higher standards than I, you should be aware of the technological limitations of the period because for some viewers, film quality and production value make a difference, which is the only reason I didn’t give this film a perfect score.

Also, the term “Superstars” may not really apply here. This is really 70s amateur porn, but the girls’ big boobs definitely bust out of their bras which is never a bad thing, and the sex is always hot, which is always a good thing. The production also tends to be a little too amateur.

The first scene is a perfect example. It opens with the camera on a piece of paper with the words “Pretty Girl Pictures,” written in cursive; then the camera cuts to another piece of paper reading “Presents…” and then the title page “All Day Sucker.” That’s the definition of low budget.

But the first scene is also a perfect example of what’s great about this movie. A cute, well made-up blonde in a white dress and a frumpy hat walks up to a bench and sits down. (Imagine the funky soundtrack in the background.) A middle-aged man walks up to the bench to join the young vixen, then smiles and whispers in her ear. She giggles, smacks her bubble gum, and he presents her with a purple, octagonal lollipop.

They go back to his place and she works his gherkin for three – count ‘em – three cumshots. First on the face, then on her belly, and finally on her heavy-hanging knockers.

Add to that a muzakal rendition of The Animal’s “House of the Rising Sun,” and a jazz fusion tune with the high-pitched chanting “Now all together everyone change the rules of yesteryear. Happiness is so much fun so come and see the new one. Come see, come see let’s be happy. Come see, come see and be free.” That’s a formula for success.
