Spiked! is a voyeuristic fantasy tale about sleep-depraved Lexie Marie losing her sense of reality over a series of strangely erotic dreams, all involving the same pair of black high-heeled shoes. The story has her narrating the viewer through smoothly intertwining dream scenes, as she pursues these mystical shoes. Thus laying the groundwork for a variety of hot-blooded vignettes.

Especially in Scene Two, where Lexie discovers Trina Michaels (who looks oddly identical to Lexie) giving an award-worthy performance. Michaels sold this sex like the real thing--it sounded like the guy was murdering her. And, one might have thought he was, with all the bendy positions they tried. There were times when she looked more flexible than a contortionist on muscle relaxers. And to top things off, there were some vintage BJs shots, with a 69 to end it.

From there, it’s on to scene four: Lexie’s first time (for the purposes of the film and this review--it’s her first time), and she does not disappoint. Coming out in grand fashion in a Fredrick’s white bustier and long white pearls (which double as impromptu Ben-Wahs toward the end of the scene), Lexie looked amazing. Then throw in the equally gorgeous Lanny Barby starring alongside her, and this is a very hot G/G. Together, Lexie and Lanny combine to make even the seasoned porn watcher feel the excitable rush of “white lightning” in their loins. A show-stealing scene by all accounts; incredibly hot.

That being said, these two scenes were so attention-grabbing, that the viewer might not have the energy to enjoy the rest of the film. Now that’s not to say there wasn’t anything worth sticking around for, because there were some very hot anal and foot-fetish parts. But in the end, the viewer will keep coming back to these scenes. Also, if there’s to be another critique, Lexie Marie only appears twice in the movie (aside for her narrating role). Which could be a let-down to those buying the DVD for her.

Other than that, though, the viewer can’t complain too much. This is high-end sex, from the production to the actors. The men are horse-cocked muscle men, and the women are hotter than anyone I could wet-dream of. To see these ladies get fucked is worth every nickel.

So, if you’re in the mood for model-quality women giving BJs in missionary positions, this film is perfect for you and your lover. Nothing too kinky here, but some very realistic performances. Throw in a plot that never strays far from the sex, loads of DVD bonus features, and just enough music to drown out “the squish," and Spiked! is another Vivid success.
