Be aware that while Sick Girls Need Sick Boys 2 is the official title, this film doesn’t include a lot of hyper-fetish action. It does include a glimpse into the darker side of the porn industry, and one mildly sacrilegious scene. I loved it for its camp, and I’m sure the mysterious MoFo (also credited with part one in the series) had a great time shooting it.

The film starts out by drawing a line in the sand. By the time you’ve finished watching what Naomi (playing herself) does to get a free pizza from Cheyne Collins (playing a pizza boy) in a segment called “For My Stoners,” you’ll know if Sick Girls is for you. Naomi has one of those porn bodies: free of ingrown hairs and shaving mishaps. Occasionally these things happen while grooming oneself, and some days they happen right before your scene. This is all understandable, but it makes beautiful stars like Naomi amazing because the camera can get as close as it wants to her flawless skin. She plays a porn star in the scene, so it’s understandable that she act a little more experienced than Collins, who plays up his character hilariously. After he shoots his load on her and gives her the pizza for free, she holds up a huge glass pipe and brags: “I never pay for my pizza.”

The next scene has Roxy De Ville playing a manager at MoFo’s clothing line. When the delivery guy (Reno) lazily delivers a package, De Ville makes him fuck her. This is one of those scenes for guys who like an alternative woman that talks tough during the act, but probably won’t follow through. Sure, De Ville is telling Reno how to fuck her, and she threatens him against cumming before her command, but Reno cums when Reno needs to cum. The vocal power play set against the traditional scene was interesting, and the sex arousing. By the end of scene two, I was hooked.

MoFo outdoes himself with the most touching pornographic scenes I have ever viewed. The standout scene in Sick Girls is called “Porn Star” and features Buster Good and Hailey Young. It starts with the story of Young, who is contemplating the current state of her existence. She flashes back to when she started in the industry, when Buster Good, her ex-boyfriend (from her pre-porn days) shows up. Good is going to prison to pay his dues to society and came to say goodbye to his former love. They have quiet, dignified sex. He leaves to go to prison, she contemplates her life on the bed for a moment and the scene ends. It’s quiet and artfully written, though the performances are mediocre. However, I’ve never seen anything quite like it: a melancholy porn scene…

In sharp contrast, with the last scene we fade up to Sunny Lane as she’s tied to a cross, topless, with red makeup crucifixes on her breasts. She is then fucked by Nick Manning, who plays either a priest or God himself. Sunny Lane is beautiful and takes her fuckology like a pro, even while Manning spews nonsense improv like: “Suck that holy cock.”

I don’t know of what the magical mix of Sick Girls consists. It mixes fun-and-fancy-free-fucking, serious scenes that just happen to involve sex, complete non-sequiturs about lesbianism, and the beautiful Sunny Lane having sex with God. Sick? Maybe. Arousing? Mostly. Fun? Hell Yeah.
