European porn auteur Rocco Siffredi is not a man of restraint. Anyone who has seen his films knows that Siffredi loves to go all out. Handsome, classy, and somewhat megalomaniac, Siffredi is one of those bigger-than-life personalities. Siffredi’s films reflect his persona. At best they are ambitious and unique and at worst the films can just be excessive and silly. In the appropriately titled, Rocco’s Big Mess, both extremes can be used to describe the film.

The marketing team behind Rocco’s Big Mess' claim on the DVD box that the film will include “every kind if sex imaginable…that’s legal.” Well, that’s a pretty tall order to fill. Like I mentioned before, Siffredi is a man that thinks big and this film is a prime example of that. Rocco’s Big Mess doesn’t actually live up to the assertion that they show every legal sex act out there (I know there’s directors out there ready for the challenge and I’m ready to review it). What sex it does show ranges from kink too kinkier. To make things clear let me just point out that the first sex scene in this film involves a dwarf! Yes, that’s right. Within ten minutes the film has us watching a beautiful European woman go down on her knees and suck off a guy who looks a lot like Mini-Me. Fortunately for this guy, his penis is the only thing that’s not small on him.

After that, the rest of Rocco’s Big Mess will make you say, “Huh?” Rather than just a gonzo film depicting various sex acts, Siffredi attempts to create a sort of dramatic-mystery type of film. It took me a while, but I think I figured out what the plot of the films is. This so-called plot begins with an attractive young lady (the same one who went down on the dwarf) approaching Siffredi (playing himself) at a luncheon in a fancy hotel. She begs him to help her save her husband. Now why would a woman ask a porno director for help? Turns out her husband is a she-male. Her husband’s psychiatrist has fallen in love with him/her and is threatening their peaceful marriage. The psychiatrist happens to be an American (Michael Chapman) and an associate of Siffredi. It all makes sense now doesn’t it?

Well with a basic storyline stringing the action along, the film is really just one crazy scene after another. A class reunion party is held for the she-male and it quickly turns into a really odd orgy. Apparently she went to an all-boy school because a group of hot, young, Italian studs come out and proceed to have their way with her and her friend. This scene is noteworthy for having senior citizens involved in all the action. After reviewing adult films for over a year now, this is the first time I have ever seen a guy shoot a load on some granny’s face.

The film makes other strange detours. A rather conventional scene features an erotic photographer and his models. Afterwards we view a strange sex party in which a woman walks around in an iron mask. Of course it would be a European porn director who would reference classic literature like Man in the Iron Mask. The she-male is used as a sexual plaything by an old couple. Both the old man and woman seem to fight over her. In one scene, the old man coaxes the she-male to stop playing ball outside so he can get a blowjob. You read correctly, a grown she-male was bouncing a ball outside like she was a third her age. When she comes inside she alternates between sucking on a chocolate bar and sucking on the old man’s cock. When the old man’s wife walks in, she beats her husband away then consoles the she-male. Slowly the old lady and the she-male begin to kiss. The she-male doesn’t bother to wipe the cum of her lips as they play with each other’s tongues. The action goes on, but I have a word limit.

The action here is so varied that it reads like a textbook of fetishes. This film's strength is its collection of hot performers, and the scope of its inventiveness. Get it now for all those twisted little fantasies you keep locked away in dark corners.
