Rendezvous in Malibu is the first porno I’ve seen in a long time that actually establishes a basic plot to explain why so many woman are naked and fooling around with each other. Sure, it’s a very basic plot that’s most likely been played out to no end in this industry, but it actually works pretty well here. Monica Mayhem runs an escort service of sorts and she’s checking out some possible new employees. Monica’s job interviews are exactly what you think: strip down and show me what you got!
Rendezvous opens strong with our first two possible employees, Bree Olson and Joelean. After establishing some dialogue and instructions from Monica, Bree and Jolean strip down to show us what they have to offer. The girls enjoy each other for a few minutes until Joelean bends over and Bree fingers her till she’s juicy. Joelean returns the favor by having a taste of Bree’s pussy, which is also wet from some fingering fun.
The climax of Rendezvous is a small foursome between Monica, Sarah, Celeste and Kina. The girls are split up so Monica is with Celeste while Kina is taking care of cutie Sarah. Kina has Sarah doggy style and the dildo looks so big and rigid that it’ll send pleasure chills down your back. Even though Malibu is able to boast scenic shots of the ocean and a plethora of places for the girls to fool around in in the house, points were taken off for a few details that stole the spark from this one. While the scenic quality is well intact, the actual video and production quality is slightly off. Though shot in HD, Malibu still felt like it was put together on a basic computer system with a very simple camera set-up (I won't even mention some sound effects that reminded me of my 8-bit Nintendo). The scenic spots in the house were not only a blessing but a curse as well. Some shots (specifically during scene four in the hot tub) were established with good intentions, but found difficulty in execution due to a lack of space to set up the camera. Thus, the camera and the audience cannot get in too close; otherwise, the cameraman would be waste deep in the water with the girls.
Rendezvous in Malibu has all of the elements for a good porno including a beautiful cast and scenic setting. However, some experimentation with footage and camera positioning end up robbing the film of the gold it was trying to produce. You may find yourself running late to this rendezvous.
