I actually received this DVD a little while back and I wanted to wait for the perfect time to view it. I’m not going to lie; Tera Patrick is one of my favorites, so this review is written slightly biased. In fact, virtually the entire cast is made up of my favorite Asian stars.

This is a Vivid feature but the cast and feel of this movie is filmed more as a gonzo. From the opening moments, you see Tera and hubby Spyder Jonez making out and within seconds, Tera is peeling out of that sexy white nighty she’s wearing the hell out of. Tera is one of adults best performers so when you have the opportunity to see one of the best ever in action, you must savor the moment.

The plot basically revolves around Tera and Spyder developing a new website for an Asian version of the Bunny Ranch they operate, The Asian Love Palace. Tera explains that this is where your Asian fantasies will come true and she wasn’t kidding about picking only the most beautiful women.

Ron Jeremy says it best, “Where’s the buffet?” Once you get to the Asian Love Palace, you have your choice of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Philipino or any other Asian delicacy.

With the exception of Tera, most of these girls are stars of the gonzo world, but each of them hold their own acting-wise. Tera makes sure they never say more than they have to, and you quickly arrive to the action. Since these girls are more familiar with the rough stuff, expect to see the sex a little more intense than the usual Vivid performance. The writing is actually pretty clever for a porno, which means it’s a bit cheesy so it’s not a film to take seriously.

You can just sit back and rub one out to these naughty little Asians. The cinematography is well-done, the directing is excellent and the performers always looked very into the sex. Since it’s a Vivid film, you will want to check this out with your lady, just make sure she doesn’t mind looking at all that T&A.

I realize the market for features and gonzos are two different worlds, but this film can actually be described as a gonzo lovers type of feature. Lots of wild sex, anal, DPs, threesomes and one awesome lesbian orgy, and you never have to worry about the dialogue or foreplay to go on forever until the action begins. Tera’s featured throughout the entire film; she doesn’t disappear when her scene is over, so you’ll have lots of opportunities to check out that fortune cookie of hers.

And I highly recommend the bonus disc, The Girls of Asian Love Palace, right after viewing the feature. It features each Asian bombshell including Tera doing very seductive strip-teasing just for you. I couldn’t get enough of looking at each Asian babe. It runs under two hours but you’ll swear time goes by too fast. This is one I will be making part of my permanent collection within easy reach.

Believe the hype you’ve heard about Reign of Tera; it’s definitely one of the best adult releases of 2005.
