Hey there, Max and Jade Jackson here and we’re talking about Jules Jordan’s Perfect Specimens 2. Unfortunately, we don’t have a lot to talk about.

At first glance, this appeared to be a hot film and it got our attention just from the intro credits alone. It had all of the elements of a good adult movie: hot babes with nicely-rounded bottoms, lots of sucking, and lots of fucking, including two first anal scenes (Christie Lee and Kerri Sable). But somehow, it just did not come together for us.

Okay, we’ll be blunt -- the movie was a-snore-a-minute. All of that sex and boring…how could that happen? Well for one thing, most of the segments ran long, especially the intro scenes. Blow jobs and fondling are supposed to lead somewhere; that’s why it’s called foreplay, not “snoreplay.”

In the first scene, there are at least five minutes of camera play just observing Christie Lee walk around the set. Yeah, I thought that she was fun to look at (she has a terrific body, especially her ass, which Jordan highlights to some effect), but it got boring real quick… especially if you are watching this with someone who isn’t exactly into looking at other girls (i.e. my wife, Jade). Then there’s another five to seven with her playing with a blow up doll… still fully dressed, by the way.

To quote Jade: “It’s been ten minutes into the movie; why is there no fucking or sucking going on? I thought that this was a sex film, not a model flick.”

After the initial scene where she gets it in the ass, a group of men show up and she deep throats the entire gang… or rather, tries to do it. With that in mind, let me say this: if you have not learned how to suppress your gag reflex, do not try to deep throat anyone on screen. There is nothing arousing about somebody constantly making a gagging noise when they are taking a cock.

The next problem is that except for Mary Jane (second scene, disc 1), the girls seemed either bored or too busy playing to the camera, rather than just enjoying a good fuck. Furthermore, the sex scenes themselves seemed just damn mechanical.

Another hang-up: just when you got into the screwing, the guy would either pull out or the girl would get up. Then there was the incessant spitting… guess they didn’t have any money in the budget for K-Y, eh? But if that’s your turn on, then this movie is for you. Then, there were the men. To quote Jade again; “…they were a wreck-up from the neck up.” The men didn’t work for her at all… okay, except for Mandingo (second scene). You have to stand up and take notice with a cock like that.

The third scene with Cris Taliano, Sabrine Maui, and Jules Jordan should have been something out of this world, but the whole thing seemed too contrived; they spent more time playing to the camera (the real one, not the one that Jordan was holding) instead of just getting down and dirty. The fourth scene with Cali Marie and Cherish had no real energy in it.

Max said it best himself: “If it wasn’t for the fact that we actually saw some penetration, I just wouldn’t have believed those gals were getting fucked.”

The next disc opens with Kerri Sable and her first anal scene. Again, this should have been a big deal, but it just didn’t live up to the hype.

So, the best parts of this movie are the intro credits, the second scene with Mary Jane and Mandingo, and the fetish reel on the special features menu. In fact, we’re going to take a moment and discuss that scene, seeing as we keep bringing it up.

Here, in our opinion, Jordan does his best camera work. It opens up with Mary Jane (of Latin Craze fame) modeling a French maid’s outfit. First off, Mary Jane has a bottom that should make any man happy and make an ass man go mad with desire. The camera does a great job with the teaser part by just catching glimpses of her bottom peeking out from under the edge of the frills of the skirt. She finally bends over and you get to see her magnificent rear in all its glory.

After some fake cleaning and dusting with a feather duster, she enters the room where Mandingo sits on the couch with his tool ready to go. Unlike the other girls, Mary Jane wastes no time getting that massive cock inside of her already dripping wet box. That right there sets this scene apart from the other segments. We knew that Mary Jane was excited, ready, and wet for Mandingo. The rest of the scene proved that fact. The two of them got into the sex, made us believe in the scene and it was great.

The bonus scene with Aidan was only okay. Yes, she’s very cute and she looked quite enticing with a cock in her mouth, but like the rest of the film, it lacked the energy and heat that should have been present in a film like this.

In closing, while the film is filled with very hot girls getting screwed, it has no energy or fire. It might get somebody who has never seen an adult film hot and bothered, but there is no danger of being spoiled for seeing anything else with this one.

This is a movie that can be watched with one hand on the fast-forward button and the other… well, you know. We have to give this film 2 ½ stars; one star for the scene with Mary Jane and Mandingo, one star for the fetish reel and the intro credits, and a half star for the hot girls. That’s only a half star because Jade believes in equal and fair representation: while the girls were hot, there was no male eye candy.
