The adult film industry relishes the opportunity to poke fun at the mainstream media. Porno spoofs on popular films and television shows have been around since the 1970’s. My personal favorites are Flesh Gordon and the more recent I Dream of Jenna starring Jenna Jameson. Perhaps there are few more deserving targets than American Idol. The singing competition that has captured the attention of the country for the past four years gets the porn treatment in Nikita’s Extreme Idols.
After dropping under the radar for some time, Nikita Denise returns with Nikita’s Extreme Idols as host and judge of a sex competition. Just as in American Idol, there are three judges. A black man named “Randy” and a mean guy named “Simon” joins Nikita. Of course, Simon gets the best lines. It’s really quite funny to hear him criticize a guy for missing a girl's face when he shoots his load. Even Nikita gets fed up with some poor performances. When Nikita sees a lousy blowjob, she gets off her seat to hold Brittney Skye’s head and guide it to a more pleasurable pace. Of course, Nikita rewards those who do well with a special romp at the end of the competition.
Along with the gorgeous Brittney Skye, there are other beautiful and talented performers. Barbara Summer is always hot to look at and Eva Angelina is a looker as well and the constantly employed Randy Spears is there to do what he does best. Although all these performers often do great work, here they seem a bit misused. There’s nothing wrong with the sex, it’s just that the scenes are really too short and the judge segments in-between are a bit of a drag.
The major problem with Nikita’s Extreme Idols is that it’s fake. The idea of a sex competition is great. You don’t need to try to write a funny script because the very nature of a real sex competition is entertaining enough. Nikita’s Extreme Idols falls victim to the same problem as Playboy TV when they created 7 Lives Xposed and Sex Court, which were knock-offs of The Real World and The People’s Court, respectively. Rather than being “extreme” the whole thing comes off as corny.
Nikita’s Extreme Idols wasn’t the kind of return to porn that fans of Nikita Denise were waiting for. As for those who want to see an adult version of American Idol, this does all the motions correctly, but doesn't really hit the right spot. Of course, die-hard Idol fans also into porn will shoot this straight to the top of their priority list.
