Ay caramba! “Mamacitas Part 5” is spicy little piece of pornography that most will enjoy. The ladies have an exotic appeal and the sex is passionate. However, the most intriguing part of the production is the actors. They all seem like they’re having fun, and when that happens, the viewer has fun as well. Nice work, Van Styles.

There are a few things that need to be mentioned, however. Each scene has a minor plot that plays with Latin stereotypes, and not necessarily in a good way. Fortunately the stereotyping, except for one instance, isn’t particularly offensive. But if you are particularly sensitive to that sort of thing, then perhaps you should avoid the video. If you can take it in stride, then some of it is humorous. The only scene that was overtly offensive was the scene involving Kat. Her character did not speak English and was selling Chicklets door-to-door. Unfortunately, the scene was set up as though she was very young (i.e. not legal age) and Brian Surewood was willing to take advantage of that fact. It came off as creepy rather than sexy.

Interestingly, “Mamacitas Part 5” also has fun with porn stereotypes. What do I mean by porn stereotypes? Well, let me explain. For instance, a porn stereotype would be the ubiquitous pizza delivery guy, or perhaps, the cable installation guy. In “Mamacitas Part 5” they use the porn stereotypes of the nurse, the masseuse, the robber and the jealous girlfriend. Better yet, the feature doesn’t really have a plot. Each scene is a scene in and of itself and coupled with the use of porn stereotypes, it makes the feature fun to watch. Of course, these stereotypes take place in the form of role playing, and the actors have a wonderful time. For the most part, it works and it’s entertaining.

Having said all that, you will be happy to know that the sex in the production is very solid. At times, the action is a bit too aggressive. However, the chemistry between actors is apparent and everyone maintains an enthusiastic level of intensity. The action isn’t particularly diverse, but there are some really good parts to it. During her scene, Nadia participates in a very passionate sixty-nine position with an eager Kurt Lockwood. As the scene progresses the determination of either person does not deteriorate. Domino also turns in a rather solid performance. Again, her chemistry with Kurt Lockwood creates a very passionate scene that just about anyone will enjoy. Come to think of it, although everyone turned in very good, solid performances, I think Domino’s scene is the best. Although the action is good, some of the scenes go on a little too long, or the actors stay in the same position for too long. However, considering the chemistry everyone seems to have, this is a relatively small complaint.

The navigation on the DVD is pretty well done as well. Each scene can be navigated through without missing any of the good action. The extras are also worth viewing. In particular, the “Behind the Scenes” feature aptly demonstrates the comfort level of the actors with one another.

At any rate, “Mamacitas Part 5” was fun to watch and has appeal to just about all levels of pornography viewers. MamacitasPart5
