“Dropping loads!” Nick Manning moans as he 'drops a load' on Chloe Dior's face in Vivid’s Lux’s Life (starring newcomer Lux Kassidy); it definitely has a sense of humor about the world of adult entertainment, which makes the whole film really playful and more attractive and hot.

Nearly all of Lux’s Life is shot like a bonus behind-the-scenes segment, giving it a more real-world feel. The pic offers everything it says it does on the back of the case, very specifically though: POV Blow Jobs! Seven big sex scenes! Full-on anal assault! No condoms! And Lux… in three awesome scenes.

Now the thing is, there is only one POV blowjob, there are seven sex scenes, but the three that Lux is involved in are girl on girl, still steamy though. Lux is a newcomer who is only doing the same sex right now, her being new to the field offers up a bit of hotness, first playing it innocent and sweet, but once you get her going she digs right in like a seasoned pro.

Back to the POV BJ, because this is pretty much the epitome of the movie, the behind-the-scenes cameraman walks into a bathroom, there he finds Nick Manning’s assistant (Sara Stone), the camera man (Trent Soluri) convinces her to do a little behind-the-scenes striptease, while doing this, Nick walks in and catches Sara flaunting her beautiful natural double D breasts. For some reason or another, this pisses Nick off and he fires her. Feeling bad about the unfortunate situation, the cameraman offers to pay Sara for the rest of the day if she does a POV BJ scene with him. This is a great POV BJ scene, it would have been nice to see Sara in a few more scenes, or even just one more seen, but this is the only appearance she makes.

Another great scene is the impromptu girl-on-girl session with Lux and Chloe Dior, Chloe brings a certain beautiful trashiness with her on every set, her beauty is completely balanced with her dirty dirty mouth, sometimes it seems a bit forced and fake, but other times she hits the moans and screams like a 1968 barracuda.

Lux’s Life falls into a special category for me, it’s definitely enjoyable for a novice/everyday Joe porn watcher, but it’s a special treat for the porn connoisseur, filled with inside jokes and playful banter that veteran porn consumers can appreciate. Overall, the film reminded me why they have so few strong competitors; it’s fun, sexy, stylistically sharp and really entertaining, (maybe for the wrong reasons), and great to watch.
