I didn’t know much about Toni Ribas before I saw this film, but I now know this: Toni Ribas is a bona fide leg man. With Lusty Legs, Ribas combines his own obvious leg fixation with savage displays of sex that should both delight the limb-attentive niche market and bring a slew of conventional porn viewers around to his way of thinking. In other words, you don’t have to be a foot fetishist to get off on these wall-to-wall vignettes of vigorous coupling that take extra care in their artful celebration of the lower realm of the female form.

The setups are standard Red Light fare – the camera, fixed prominently on the ass, follows hot, dressed-to-the-nines-whilst-scantily clad women to the couch or bed – except Ribas takes time lingering on the legs, often to interestingly artful ends. In a scene that features Claudia Rossi and Sandra Russo, the camera starts focused on the two slipping on respective pairs of jewel-adorned black stillettos on glistening hardwood, then pans up as the girls walk hand in hand to a pool table in an ornate game room. As they lean with their hands on their tabletop, posteriors facing outward, the camera traces the graceful lines of their legs, which contrast smoothly with the polished curves of the bowed legs of the table. Like the other scenes here, two guys end up involved and deliver a vigorous round of suck-and-fuck action with these two European bombshells.

In the aforementioned scene and some of the others, the climactic treat often comes down to the feet. Foot fetishists will not be left in the cold as Rossi and Russo clasp their feet around the cocks of the amped studs and bring them to splattering relief. Bambi-cute brunette Janet, who subjects all holes to some rough rutting from Ribas and another male cohort, demonstrates her share of limber footwork on her throbbing suitors.

While the ferocious lustmaking on screen is entertaining in its own right, I got an added kick from the no-bullshit, unobtrusive dialog. Not a word is wasted, and whenever someone opens their mouth – whether in extemporaneous, nonsensical vocalization or fully-meditated utterance – it advances the passion and heightens the reality. There are also a couple of points where the yap brings yuks. Maybe it’s a European thing, but I couldn’t help but laugh at the unusual way Ribas politely asks some of the women he’s been hammering if they want him to cum on them: “Do you want sperm?” The line doesn’t come off as clinical-- it’s just funny. And when it is followed up mid-jizz-jettison by, “Here we go! Ohhh!!” it is pure (and likely unwitted) comedy. Like I said, maybe it’s a European thing.

For the grand finale brunette Luisa DeMarco (yes, another brunette; wait…I think I detect another Ribas fixation…) gets dressed up in tights and garters in a bedroom awash in sunlight before Ribas and another chum show up, dress her down, and unleash a hot fuck frenzy.

During the lead-ins, Ribas toys with color contrasts and adds some tonal flourishes, but he doesn’t go overboard with the slickery. He keeps things stylish, not stylized. And once the sex ensues, all gloss is cast aside in deference to the live, compelling action.

Beginning to end, Lusty Legs does Red Light District proud by taking hot Euro talent and making limb obsession the national pastime. Even the most maniacal missionary will entertain fantasies of frosting female feet after watching this disc. Lusty Legs is an eye-opening spectacle that has the potential to open minds.
