Maverick director Kat Slater is back with another installment of Young Sluts Inc. (No. 16 this time). Slater is known for writing and directing movies that push boundaries and expand horizons in mainstream porn (at least in theory). His latest is no exception. Slater tries a lot of different things, some of which work, some of which don’t, but throughout the film, the camera work and the sexual positions are innovative, often to a positive result.

The scenario is elaborate: a recently divorced trophy wife sets up shop in her ex’s loft in order to be able to claim her body as a business asset. The business, naturally, is Young Sluts Inc.

The first scene features Kaylin, a girl so skinny it is genuinely off-putting. To her credit, she is a truly engaging performer and her obvious pleasure is almost enough to offset her thinness. Slater and her team deserve props for working in a plot device to explain the “girl looks at camera during scene” porn convention.

The second girl, Tatianna, has an attractive ass and Slater’s setups take maximum advantage of it. Still this scene lacks luster.

The third scene is by far the best in the film. It involves a lesbian liaison between Kimberly Kane and Eve. The two start out on a soft fur. Kane rubs and fondles Eve’s ass through and under her flimsy chiffon dress. Kane then adeptly fingers Eve to a quaking orgasm. Eve returns the favor, making Kane cum with a golden vibrator in an elaborate composition set on spiral stairs. This scene is Slater’s work at it’s finest. She blends full figure shots with explicit close ups and lingering non-explicit shots of the actresses’ pleasure-wracked faces.

The fourth scene is a less successful anal sequence featuring Alexa. Alexa is fairly attractive, but her lack of enthusiasm hampers the sexiness of the scene.

The last scene, a threesome with Kane’s character, her ex-husband, and Kaylin is the second best in the film, made so by Kaylin’s enthusiasm and stud Brett Rockman’s professionalism. The highlight of this scene is definitely Kaylin’s orgasm, which has her pitching and bending like a bridge in a storm. Naturally, in the end Kane and her ex reconcile their differences as he defers to the “power of pussy.”
