The producers of this film are uniquely dedicated to finding girls in any location and convincing them to flash for the camera. The scenes are widely varied, beginning with one of the most obvious choices for material Spring Break Florida, where we’re treated to girls riding scooters topless through a residential area, flashing on public beaches, including a seemingly endless walk following a nice looking brunette in a sundress (the amazing thing about these videos is that virtually all of the participants are nameless,) along a wooden walkway as we’re toured through every inch of her most intimate parts in bright midday light. Once she gets to the other side, it’s time for a change of scenery, and beware of Captain Obvious, the next locale is New Orleans during Mardi Gras.
Back in Florida after Mardi Gras (and another apparently unique to New Orleans street party – Fantasy Fest – where essentially, the same type of insanity goes on,) the next project is to cause problems in traffic so they drive around various willing participants who get naked in the back seat of a rented convertible as they cross the Skyway bridge – the perfect place to be distracting drivers with naked girls, and the crew decides to focus on a delivery truck with three unsuspecting drivers in the cab. Later on, filtering their way through more residential areas, the girl in the back seat attracts so much attention that a driver in the lane next to them slams into the backend of a car stopped at a traffic light.
There are club scenes, more driving naked in traffic episodes (but no more accidents, at least, none that we get to see) public nudity at a county fair which eventually leads to both producer and flasher girl getting thrown out in less than 15 minutes, and more unending shots at Spring Break locations where, if the girls are at all apprehensive about flashing, their more than sufficiently drunk friends are more than happy to rip their clothes off for them.
