Blue Pictures’ Eye Candy #1 surprises the viewer with the variety of sex scenes it offers, each with their own hook. Ranging from couples to lesbian threesomes to interracial, it offers plenty of choices, and very rarely re-uses the same actors over its two hours.
The opening scene, which loosely revolves around the pool-side infidelities of its male protagonist with his wife’s best friend, features big-titted dirty-whore Victoria riding good dick as the best friend while being alternately antagonized and encouraged by skeletal Kyra Rossi, jilted wife. Rossi wastes no time being mad, however, licking pussy, fondling herself and giving Victoria a faceful of her own creamy pussy. Soon Victoria is getting her ass drilled like the Texas panhandle as Kyra continues to tickle her clit. This isn’t the last time we’ll be seeing Kyra, either: of particular note is one of the extra features, which has an outtake from the first scene of her spraying viscous cum all over her husband’s face and mouth. It’s certainly something to see.
Other highlights include a scene featuring Alaura Eden accidentally coming across her two hot roomies double-sided dildo fucking and pussy sucking on the living room couch. Her playful resistance only makes her subsequent blindfolding and pleasuring all the more satisfying. Lucy Lee’s turn in the fourth scene is also pretty great, with her giving good head before riding her guy’s dick smooth and slow at first. One of the sexiest parts of the scene is the fact that she will often make and hold eye contact with the camera.
These high points notwithstanding, Eye Candy #1's first, and perhaps worst, offense is a series of unskippable phone sex commercials that open the disc. Furthermore, the disc’s scenes are treated as unique chapters, rather than part of a whole movie, so expect to be returning to the disc menu every time you want to switch scenes. And finally, the audio and video transfer is spotty and uneven.
At the end of the day, Eye Candy #1 is a good DVD that could have been great were it not questionably paced and plagued by technical problems. Is there good stuff buried here under the annoyances? Certainly. The high quality, high profile girls are great and the sex is varied. But is there better porn out there? The answer, again, is yes. EyeCandy#1 EyeCandy#1
