Four short pieces make up Encounters: The Point of No Return. Each piece is it’s own story, having it’s own plot and is independent of whatever scenes precede or follow it. This is a great respite from most of Michael Lucas’ produced porn, which is usually quite heavy on the plot.

"At Your Service' directed by Tony Dimarco and Michael Lucas and starring Lucas and Milan Gamiani is the best of the shorts. Lucas and Gamiani are both handsome in very similar ways. They are both masculine, well groomed with chiseled features that come from doing the right exercises and eating the right foods. They compliment each other physically in a way the other couples in this film do not, since the other relationships seems to be based more on contrast than similarities. Sexually they are down right perfect, although Lucas usually overshadows whomever he performs with. Gamiani owns this scene. He plays an escort hired by Lucas to do whatever he is told and he does. There is no moment hotter in this movie than when Gamiani licks the head of Lucas’ penis and pulls away with a string of precum hanging from his tongue to Lucas’ cock.

Moments in 'Happy Ending' directed by Dimarco, starring Ricardo Correa and Corey Cade have moments that come close. The title Happy Ending should pretty much give you a sense of the basis of this scene. Cade is a twink masseur hired by muscle daddy Correa to help him achieve some stress relief. Cade goes above and beyond the call of duty. The chemistry between the two men is amazing. This scene may not be as perversely delightful as the one between Lucas and Gamiani, but the anal here is the best throughout the film, mainly because both men are immensely enjoying themselves and fuck with an unmatched spirit.

Jack MacCarthy and Tony Ryder also crank up the enjoyment to an impressive level in Sex Party for Two directed by Vincent Lambert. MacCarthy’s thin pale physique works well as a contrast for Ryder’s stockier, bronzed build. At times I actually felt I was watching two friends discover the enjoyment of having sex with one another. MacCarthy breaks into moments of pure giddiness throughout their romp. Ryder feeds off this energy and smiles as he fucks MacCarthy with his legs in the air. Anyone who has actually had good sex knows that sex isn’t just heat, sweat and lust. It includes chemistry, laughter and fun and this is what you get in this scene.

'On the DL' directed by Dimarco was my least favorite scene even though this scene could have easily been the best. Adam Young is as cute as a button and Wilson Vasquez is so hot and exudes such sex appeal it’s heartbreaking to know guys like him exist. This is an explosive combination ready to ooze all over the place, but instead it falls flat, mainly because Vasquez is very distant and although stays hard throughout doesn’t emotionally get into the action. He sucks Young’s dick and fucks him, but not with a fervor one would expect. The only moment I got any sense of his personality was after he came. Then all of a sudden the guy who should have been there throughout the scene was on screen.

Although that one scene disappointed me, I was thoroughly impressed by the other three. This film is worth buying if you like your sex fun, your men hot, watching men who are genuinely enjoying themselves, and unexpected moments of filthy entertainment.
