Adam & Eve pictures have once again touched upon a great adult film premise, even if their execution of the final product lacks some of the imagination the viewer was looking forward to. The film is called Decades and it focuses on five scenes from five significantly different time periods; 1940, 1962, 1980, 2000, and 2020. Each scene presents the viewer with a glimpse of the past (and a possible future) where one factor always remains constant; beautiful women will be around forever.

The best example of what Adam & Eve were shooting for is the 1962 homemaker set up from scene two. The stage is wonderfully set with a retro kitchen that really captures the feeling of the early 1960s. Holly Wellin plays the bored housewife who’s looking for something exciting to do when beefy star Lee Stone enters the picture to participate in everybody’s favorite passtime activity. The real star of this scene though, is the furniture and props that Lee and Holly utilize for their sexual encounter. Lee lifts Holly up above his head so he can eat her out in all his muscular glory. He then seats her on top of the fridge so he can relax his arms while giving his tongue a serious work out. From here our retro couple uses the stove for humping and the table for missionary action. The highlight of the scene is when Holly is going anal in reverse cowgirl position on the floor. The checkered tiles, smooth camera editing, and Holly’s sexy face create an image that perfectly exemplifies the feeling of Decades.

The one group scene is an all-girl opener featuring Jenaveve, Carmen, and Nikita. The opening shot displays the time period as 1940, with pin-up statues surrounding the room. Three of the statues come alive, turning into our featured performers. As soon as these dolls come alive the action never slows down. It looks like all three women have been starved of pleasure and now they are free to let loose on each other, which they do-very, very well. At one point, Jenaveve and Nikita double up and attack Carmen’s pussy with fingers that never stop. Each woman looks to dominate the other, but all enjoy giving a little while taking a little at the same time.

The major drawback of Decades is the lack of follow through on time period imagery. In the 1940s scene the big hair wigs come off as soon as the scene starts, and in the 1962 scene the only detail that stays with the set-up is the head band that Holly’s wearing. It would have been nice if clothes and hair styles stayed constant throughout scenes to keep the retro sex fantasy alive.

Decades may have lacked the imagery that turns fantasy into reality, but there was certainly no lack of hot sex. From the opening all girl threesome to the futuristic finale, Decades easily covers the bases of adult entertainment. Director Barry Wood handles the camera with ease, the performers bang their hearts out, and Adam & Eve packaged everything together with animated menus, a bonus sex scene, and some other fun little extras. With all that to offer, it will be decades before you get bored of this porno.
