First Crush is a new studio. Its mailing address reads the Netherlands, but Boy Meets Boy is completely filmed in England. From the looks of the other movie recently released by First Crush, this studio specializes in twink porn. I’m not usually a fan of twink porn, because I prefer my performers to be more on the manly side. Plus the fascination with twink porn lies with the idea of innocence. I would categerize most twink porn as mischievous, but I like my porns raunchy, if not downright nasty. All these factors have always shied me away from twink porn, but I must say this film pleasantly surprised me. Simon Booth finds the perfect medium for those who like traditional twink porn and those who want something with a little more bite.

The pairing of Mark Wilson and Finch Francis is a remarkable brainstorm. Wilson has an hour to kill before his interview begins when he spots Francis across the street chatting on his cell phone. In most twink films all the models tend to be cut from the same mold. For the most part this movie follows that notion when it comes to casting and pairing of the models. They throw this formula out of the window for this scene. Wilson appears as a waspy candidate for an open position as a financial analyst at a conservative institution. While Francis looks like a hipster tanned to an inch of his life who spends his days lounging around. This opposition is perfect for the screen. Their chemistry is astonishing and leads to a gratifying scene.

Tommy Trent is one of the performers that gives this film some of its nastiness that I truly enjoy. From the very beginning when he locks eyes with Jonny Bennett there’s this look in his eyes that he’s ready to take it to the next level. Trent’s lust is unparalleled in this film he just oozes sex. Bennett adds to this fever that their twosome causes. These two really go at each other. The twisted facial expressions Bennett makes as Trent deep throats him are beyond a doubt genuine.

The threesome between Danny Davis, Sion Thomas and Paul Ford is lackluster. It falls into the traps of other twink movies. All the performers look like they belong to the same neo new wave band. They all have the similar edginess. No one stands out and also the sex seems tired.

Boy Meets Boy is a definite must have for anyone who is a twink lover. For those who want to delve into this fetish, this DVD is a good way to get your feet wet. All around it’s a decent porn the first and third scene excel, while the rest can definitely get you to where you are going.
