Sandwiched between two reasonably hot lesbian scenes are four good fuck scenes, raised from mediocrity by the superior style of Stephanie Swift. She is hot in anyone’s book, and had she been featured more this would be an outstanding porn flick instead of a very good one. Swift stars as a cab driver who fantasizes about the sex lives of her passengers. As a gimmick to segue between fuck scenes it works fine without being too invasive. All the guys are duds. There’s no way around it. I just didn’t want to watch any of these dudes fuck, and they detract from the women, who are all hot. Some of them are blonde, some are brunette, some have huge breasts, some smaller, so there’s someone for everyone. Swift holds center stage in all her scenes. She’s in half the scenes in the flick, which turns out to be a big mistake. She should have been in all. The sex scenes are pretty pedestrian. They’re short, and most of them lack any spark, except for those that feature Swift, who adds something to everything she’s in. Production values are super-high and this is one nicely put together DVD, with great animated menus that are easy to navigate. There are plenty of extras to keep you interested, including an outstanding selection of trailers and an excellent making-of documentary. But Stephanie Swift is the one thing that really saves this movie. Besides being gorgeous and glamorous, with a hot body and an inbuilt knowledge of how to fuck like a goddess, there’s that indefinable “star quality” about her. Without her involvement, Backseat Confidential wouldn’t be worth the time. BackseatConfidential
