In today’s society, more and more couples are beginning to explore their sexual desires.  Ideas and interests once seen as taboo or extreme fetish are now making their way into homes across America (and the world).  Bizarre Video is listening and has created a new video line entitled Amateur Fetish. The first volume in this pro-am series is called Spanking Couples.  Now, even though at least one couple are real deal porn stars, the others seem to be honest amateurs, which shows us that real people have a real interest in the fine art of spanking 

The first scene I’d like to discuss is the one scene which is completely different than the rest.  The action between Dan and Paige is different because Dan is being spanked by Paige (the only role reversal in the film).  This intrigued me because as a man, I was always under the impression that the only kind of woman who would want to spank me would be a Dominatrix; not true.  Paige takes great pleasure in painfully pleasuring her man’s ass.  The spanking is actually more of a massage at times, as Paige starts with her hand OTK, tending to focus more on caressing than spanking.  From here she incorporates a paddle which has small studs on one side and soft fur on the other.  She uses the soft end to massage him down before flipping the paddle for some stud slapping.  The scene ends with Dan standing against a dresser as Paige lightly taps his scrotum with a riding crop, and then massages him down with a spiked ball massager.

For the first volume in a pro-am line, Spanking Couples has its ups and downs.  I personally see spanking as a very personal, erotic act which needs to be handled with a certain degree of care; pleasure from pain is not something you just jump into.  Since this film is aimed towards couples, a more intimate feeling of exploration is called for, rather than lifting your skirt and having your man slap your ass with some toys.  I was also hoping for more from the DVD set up.  I’m not asking for the world, but is it that difficult to create multiple chapters for each scene?  Bizarre Video had the right idea, the right cast, and the right tools for the job.  Come time to create, the final product is not as appealing to couples (or the spanking community) as it possibly could have been.
