Altered Minds takes us on a journey into the world of sexual fantasy, where the heat is so hot you may burn yourself if you’re not careful. Executive producer Jenna Jameson brings us this psychological sex drama filled with a huge cast of beautiful porn stars and a script that poses the question ‘How far can you go into your own fantasies?’ With Dcypher behind the camera and Jameson preparing the final result, Altered Minds is a feature adult film with some real fantasy behind it.

Altered Minds is about the relationship between wealthy business man Nick Manning and his sex slave wife Jesse Capelli. Jesse loves being married to a wealthy businessman and has no problems being his exclusive sex slave. The problem is that Jesse is only human and her human desires are ready to burst. The only way she can explore her sexuality is through her fantasies, which are controlled by her sexy alter ego Evil (McKenzie Lee). The fantasies are what make Altered Minds a unique adult film experience.

My favorite fantasy is the six-girl orgy in scene six. Jesse finds herself in a room with five beautiful women lined up on a couch, all rubbing themselves down in anticipation of what’s to come. The scene takes its time by allowing Jesse to go on her knees to have a small taste of the girls’ one after the other. There are no men here so the viewer has the chance to really enjoy the beauty of the women and the deep sensuality that is represented in the action. The close of the scene is the inevitable daisy chain (which I was dying to see as soon as I saw all those women) where each girl is eating out the other, before everybody cools down with some relaxing toy play to finish off the fire inside.

A couple-friendly fantasy which may interest exhibition newbies is the lesbian act of scene four between Jesse and Riley Shy. Jesse and Riley really know how to please each other, but the real stars of the scene are the setting and atmosphere. The girls are on a runway and the audience is a small group of Asian men in matching white shirts and black sunglasses. The editing takes us past the main strip down towards full nudity where Jesse and Riley take turns eating each other out. The uniformity of the audience makes them seem like one entity, instead of several separate people. That uncomfortable feeling of someone’s eyes on you completely disappears. The performers feel sexy knowing that people are present and watching, even though they can’t tell who.

In the end, Evil destroys Jesse’s mind and takes over her body. The story may sound slightly odd, and some details are a little too close to the plot of Fight Club, but for a feature film Altered Minds delivers everything it promises; the cast is huge with no shortage of beautiful women, the special effects are decent enough not too hurt the eyes, and Dcypher sets the camera up for some shots which are nothing short of sexy. Take a trip to your dark side with Altered Minds.
