Animation. For some of us it’s an escape from reality into a world of limitless possibilities. For others it provides a window to another time, another place, and even another state of being where the confines of the physical world give way to the artist’s imagination. Benevolent heroes, sinister villains, and phantasmagorical stories, the genre holds something for everyone.
Hentai. Roughly translated, the word means “pervert” in Japanese. Although somewhat of an unfair assessment, seeing as how we’re all perverse in some way or another, but it’s become the most widely accepted term referencing pornographic art and animation demonstrating an inherently ‘Anime’ style of artwork.
Like its physical world counterpart, animated pornography has become an institution over the years with Hentai in particular spearheading the movement. Whether your preference lies in Ecchi (softcore), Doujinshi (amateur), Yaoi (gay), Yuri (lesbian), or any of the other forms, it’s pretty safe to say that Hentai can be appreciated by event the most discriminating connoisseur.
Regardless of your motivation, if you’re any kind of enthusiast for animation and/or adult media, you can recognize the allure of Hentai. Where the live action actor has charisma, the animated character has appeal; Hentai has a vast array of figures presented to capture your hearts and warm your dirty bits. If you’re already a veteran to H-anime, we hope to not only facilitate that affinity, but to introduce you to more of that which defines us as the Otaku. If you’re new to the genre, an open mind and willingness to explore will introduce you to an entirely new world of voyeuristic delectation.
Familiar patron or newcomer, SexHerald.com is proud to be a part of your Hentai experience and hopefully what we present to you will only serve to fan the flames of your exuberance. Welcome and enjoy! |
The Last Kunoichi By W. McQuade and E. Nagy
The cover of The Last Kunoichi promised something that one would think would be common in Hentai, but aren’t featured nearly as frequently as they ought to be. That is, ass-kicking babes. And the DVD certainly did not disappoint, delivering plenty of ass-kicking from the babes, albeit along with a disproportionate amount of beheading. This is one feature that benefited greatly from its DVD cover. Not only were we drawn to watch it due to the ass-kickingness of the girls on the front cover... Read Entire Review
Maid in Heaven Part 1 By W. McQuade and E. Nagy
Heading into this one, we weren’t sure what to expect. Sure, the cover featured a cute little smiling maid, and the back cover went out of its way to inform us that the maid in question was a willing participant. And after all, it was called “Maid in Heaven,” not “Maid in Demon Bondage Tentacle Blood Hell.” Still, this being hentai, we were quite pleasantly surprised to find that this was a very simple story of the (fully consensual) sex life of two people. Angel Blade By W. McQuade and E. Nagy
McQuade here. The producers of Angel Blade gave us not one, not two, but three warnings before the beginning of the feature, telling us that this material is for adults only, and they’re not kidding, etc. But other than the fact that our eponymous hero’s boobs hang out of her costume, there wasn’t that much to differentiate this from a lot of other anime. Now sure, the bare-breasted savior has to stop a bunch of monsters from violating innocent women, and there were a couple of scenes depicting such violations, but aside from that, we’ve got your standard sci-fi/fantasy anime setup. Kizuna 1 By W. McQuade and E. Nagy
McQuade here. From the outset of Kizuna, we could tell that it wasn’t going to be like the vast majority of Hentai we’ve seen. Not because it was gay (or “Yaoi”) but because the warning at the beginning of the DVD said the film would contain "Scenes of violence, nudity, and mild sexual situations." Mild sexual situations? Hell, I thought Pokemon had “mild” sexual situations. So, Kizuna (which means something like “family ties”) is the story of Ranmaru, his boyfriend Enjyoji, and Enjyoji’s half-brother Sagano.
