Transsexual porn has always inhabited a kind of limbo – stuck between appealing to a straight audience and a gay one. Arguments rage about who the ‘fetish’ is specifically marketed to, but you’ll find both straight and gay fans of ‘chicks with dicks.’
As a straight guy, I’ll admit that the idea of a hot, feminine transsexual with a big, hard cock could be very sexy. However, the idea of an unconvincing transsexual, who looks more like a man in a wig, is equally a complete turn-off. That’s what makes buying and reviewing transsexual porn such a gamble.
Well, to help confused porno pundits, Evolution Erotica’s Brittany’s Transformation doesn’t beat around the neatly trimmed bush. It’s a transsexual porno clearly targeted towards a gay audience.
Following the story of ‘I-used-to-be-a-boy’ Brittany, it recounts her transformation from strapping sailor ‘Stonie’ to seductive shemale Brittany.
Brittany’s psychiatrist gets to hear the story, told in a series of flashbacks - featuring a cast of the gayest-looking sailors since ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ got introduced.
Stonie and his buddies roughhouse through their service years, getting bare-bottomed spankings from superior officers and ‘working for a living’ sucking cock at the local glory hole (all revealed through explicit, gay footage. If the man-on-man spankings didn’t turn the straight viewers off, the glory hole action probably will).
After earning his regimental kneepads, Stonie leaves the Navy and decides to become a girl, which is where Brittany and her friends come in.
Following the gay introduction, there follow four scenes of transsexual action, all with sexy shemales seducing horny men.
These scenes and their stars vary in quality: The first shemale isn’t very convincing and she takes an anal pounding from a rather podgy, unattractive lover. Carmen Cruz is in the next scene and she’s a very attractive ‘girl,’ although the final scene lacks a ‘pop shot’ because she can’t maintain an erection.
Only the last two scenes really shine: In the first, a blond shemale sucks, rims and then fucks her male partner. Afterwards, Brittany herself gets a pounding from her psychiatrist and receives a hot load all over her fake tits afterwards.
I think just how exciting you’ll find the action is ultimately very subjective. If you’re into shemale porn, you’ll probably find at least a couple of the scenes turn you on. I think the third scene, especially, was a great example of transsexual porn done right.
Less sexy, however, are the zero-budget production qualities and the rather cheesy, 80s-style editing and soundtrack. Compared to some of the big-budget heterosexual porn being released this season, Brittany’s Transformation ultimately looks kind of cheap and tacky.
But transsexual porn is such a specific niche market, I doubt any fans of the fetish will mind. The content’s what they’re after and it certainly gets the job done here.
Is there better transsexual stuff out there? (Undoubtedly, Belladonna getting double-teamed by trannies in Fetish Fanatics 4 springs to mind.) However, Brittany’s Transformation is by no means the worst example of transsexual porn out there and as long as you’re comfortable with the opening scenes of explicitly gay content, you’ll ultimately be satisfied with the whole package.
