As long as there’s been popular culture, pornography has parodied it; hence, the latest in the ‘Not…XXX’ line from Adam and Eve, in which Jenna Haze and Teagan team up to take on squeaky-clean 60s classic Bewitched.
With an adult entertainment all-star cast, Not Bewitched XXX actually winds up being surprisingly sympathetic to the original TV show, right down to the costumes, sets and cheesy jokes. It’s about 20 minutes before the first sex scene appears on screen and, if I’m absolutely honest, I really didn’t mind. I was enjoying it!
The plot of Not Bewitched XXX is straight out of the original TV show, with kindly Aunt Clara (played by a mouthwatering Eva Angelina) ‘accidently’ turning baby Tabitha into 18-year-old sex strumpet Teagan, who then proceeds to have all sorts of adult fun while her family attempt to turn her back into an innocent baby.
With guest appearances by porn legends Nina Hartley and Ron Jeremy (neither of whom, mercifully, get naked), Not Bewitched XXX is a highly entertaining romp that would have found an audience based on its so-bad-it’s-good porn-star tackiness even before you factor in the full-frontal fucking.
But fucking there is, and fully frontal it is. Most of the action is based about Teagan, which is slightly disturbing since her character is meant to be a ‘baby.’ She strips off and masturbates on a bed, seduces a local stud and even turns a plastic action figure into a well-hung stallion, who goes on to feature in an interracial scene with the nosy neighbor that’s probably the hottest scene in the movie.
But the rest of the cast get down to business as well in some really well-produced scenes. There’s an awful lot of sex crammed onto the single-disc and none of it disappoints. I was especially impressed by the olive-skinned eyeful that is Eva Angelina, who is utterly gorgeous and shags like a minx.
Considering that the current trend in adult features is ‘two-disc box sets,’ some potential customers might think they’re getting a short stick with Not Bewitched XXX, since it features just a single DVD. They shouldn’t worry. Minute for minute, there’s a lot more sexy entertainment on this disc than many of the other two-disc sets I’ve reviewed recently.
What really stands out about Not Bewitched XXX is the ‘good, clean fun’ attitude, making this an ideal DVD for a couple who is perhaps a little shy about adding adult entertainment to their sexual repertoire. This movie is hot, don’t get me wrong. But it’s also tongue-in-cheek enough for shy lovers to giggle about as they watch it. NotBewtichedXXX
