R. Pietsch is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia and has recently become a denizen of New York City. He has worked behind the bar in a fine-dining setting and succumbed to the ways of debauchery that surround the drink. With a few years of experience with fabulous alcoholic concoctions, and even more experience being exposed to horrible ones, Pietsch is now putting his talents together with his favorite vices by writing reviews for the eager and interested public.
