The Adam & Eve Sex Selections Sampler Kit includes a 0.5 fl. oz bottle of Ginger Pheromone Lubricating Massage Formula, Adam & Eve Signature Lube, Oral Sensations Gel, and Marathon Crème (used for erection enhancement). It also comes with a seven-inch metallic black vibrator that is operated with C batteries (not included).
I’ve always been a fan of sampler kits. It lets you try a little of everything with little commitment or investment. First of all, the metallic black vibrator is of realistic length and girth (something I’ve discussed in previous reviews; when it’s so big, you feel like you are having sex with a dried salami), and the cold of the metallic is a nice contrast to your growing warmth. The vibrator is multi-speed and easily adjustable with a dial at the base, making it easier to make the pulsations faster or slower as your own intensity ebbs and flows. It’s a fun, pretty strong vibe. I’ve had better, but it absolutely is enough to get the job done.
The Ginger Pheromone Lubricating Massage Formula is pheromone-based cream that will work as both a massage lotion as well as a lube. According to legend, ginger has mystical aphrodisiac qualities, and that is why this pheromone is based on that. The cream is light and non-oily, and can be spread as a lube or on your skin during a sensual massage (or both), and the scent of ginger is a pretty intoxicating which will help with the mood.
The tube of Oral Sensations is mint-flavored with a sparkling, menthol-based taste. You apply Oral Sensations to your tongue and use it during oral sex in order to increase pleasure for the recipient and taste for the giver. It’s minty fresh and completely safe, so it can be used on any other part of either one of your bodies you can dream up as well. The taste is nice, and there was definitely a sprinkle of tingle, but I had tried a similar product from Good Head a few weeks back that seemed to work even better. I’ll use this one again, though.
Marathon Crème was the one oddball. It’s meant to be a cream that increases a guy’s stamina and performance. And while that sounds nice, and it doesn’t do anything to hurt the performance, it really didn’t do anything to change it either. Perhaps it will have a fun placebo effect on other users though, and it’s thrown in the package, so you might as well give it a try. And finally, Adam & Eve’s signature water-based lube is your run-of-the-mill lube, of which 0.5 oz. isn’t enough to cover a night of sex but a necessity for a smooth ride nonetheless.
As I said, kits rock. You may get a few things in there you don’t like or don’t need, but you usually find enough to be worth the bang for your buck. (And hence why I have half dozen cosmetic gifts with purchase sets).
