It has been said that good things come in small packages. Generally, this phraseology is not used when it comes to sex. (Unless, of course, you are a liar, in which case, we don't believe anything you say, anyway.)
My First Mini Massager is something of an anomaly to this time-honored tradition. At 4-inches-long, you probably don't have much of a worry about this baby stretching your nether regions out, but you can be assured that it will be easy to transport and discreet. (Great for travel or to sneak in your handbag.)
The My First Mini Massager comes in three adorable colors (mine was a pretty pale blue), and the one-handed Push-4-Play controls make it very easy to focus on your play rather than try to figure out which buttons to manipulate. This vibe actually features 7 modes of vibration and escalating pulsation, which gives a surprisingly great variety of options in this small package.
As I popped in the 2-AAA batteries (not included), I found myself excited at the prospect of a new waterproof toy – and it does have a very enjoyable degree of versatility. Made of a silky-smooth plastic material, the mini massager promised supple and sumptuous massaging as well as enough penetration to get the job done, regardless of its size. Size doesn't matter, allegedly.
The benefit of small size is that it makes it incredibly quiet, which is great if you have a shared living space, and the ergonomic handle is comfortable to manipulate. Those are definitely reasons to enjoy this toy. The negatives would be that while pleasant for clitoral stimulation, inserting it felt very much like inserting a finger. It may be a little too small if you are seeking a penetration of any substance or girth.
Still, the mini massager is billed as a "my first" and if you are easing your way into the concept of a vibrator, you may want to warm up with this. Especially if you are not sexually active, a smaller toy may be a more comfortable option to start out with, and let your body grow accustomed to.
