When I hear the term “clitoral hummer,” I think of something powerful, all terrain and that eats up batteries. That’s almost what you’ll get with the newest Adam & Eve addition: the Clitoral Hummer. It’s waterproof and phthalate free, which takes care of the all terrain status; has a multi-speed dial at the bottom where the batteries are located, this takes care of the power. It’s pink, 6 inches long, has two ripples and an extended clitoral scoop on one end with a “gyrating love nub” on the other side. The real test comes in how it eats up batteries.
The Clitoral Hummer is smooth to the touch and not very thick in width. It’s nice to look at, with a smooth surface and interesting grooves and nub. It is plastic, but it doesn’t feel like plastic, but it is stiff and hard. I decided to slide a condom on for my first try and it wasn’t a snug fit, but it did stay on.
It requires two AA batteries (not included), which slip into the bottom where they are held into place by a dial. The dial is multi-speed but not closely connected to the cap that holds the batteries into place. This way, there is no worry about turning too hard that the cap opens up. If you choose the highest speed first, the toy will heat up more quickly.
The first thing I do is figure out how powerful the nub is when it’s turned on. It’s got a punch to it and is a no-nonsense type of nub. I then flip it over and try the scoop, which covers my outer lips and hugs my clit inside the deep groove. It’s a nice sensation, one that I could have the rest of the day. Now how does it work when it’s inside? This was a task.
The g-spot action is definitely in full effect! The nub works wonders when you get it in and the buzz of the vibrator are muted. Also fun is using the nub for some anal teasing and for some perineum action, you know as the spot in between the anus and vagina. But after almost an hour, it started to heat up, and not in a good way.
Maybe it’s just not supposed to be on for so long, but if you can go several rounds like me, you don’t want something that will heat your hand up too. This is not so much a problem when you bring your Clitoral Hummer into the shower with you. The heat isn’t as intense, but it is present. Nonetheless, a warm sensation during play is great, but it got me a bit anxious. Anxiety with my toys doesn’t make for a fun time, but those batteries did last a good hour. MyClitoralHummer
