I’m a fan of convenience. I like things quick and easy to deal with; I don’t like a lot of hassle. So when I want, say, whipped cream, I turn to the kind that comes in a can. When I want, for example, an artificial cheese food product, I’d rather spray it than unwrap slice after slice of Kraft singles. Which is why when I learned that there is such a product as foaming lubricant, I was stoked to try it out and see if the convenience and ease of can-based product could really translate to lube. Happily for me, my buddy, and all of you, Topco’s Foaming Intimacy Lubricant lives up to the ease of use of its culinary cousins.
The lube comes in three flavors: Unscented, Cinnamon and Vanilla; I tried the first two. It’s a water-based, water-soluble product, so hooray! You can use it with condoms and not have to worry about unsafe interactions. The container resembles a hair mousse container, and the product, at first, does as well. White and fluffy, it morphs into a silky smooth lube with a little rubbing—and who doesn’t like a little rubbing? The cinnamon flavor seems like it might be heat-activated because of the spicy flavor, but this is not the case.
We found that while the lube is adequate for most playtime sessions, it doesn’t last quite as long as your average, liquid-based lube, but happily it’s so fun to dispense that adding more wasn’t an issue. In fact, I should warn you that it is very easy to get into a lube fight if you have a couple containers of it (not that that’s what happened. Okay, that’s what happened). However, it does say quite clearly on the can not to dispense it directly into the vagina or anus (and you might be sorely tempted to try this). Applying lube became less of a chore and more of a game with this product. As far as the flavors are concerned, the unscented variety does have a faint, not displeasing smell to it, and the cinnamon variety is actually quite nice and fairly lickable.
What’s really nice about this product is the ease of use; you don’t have to worry about overdoing it with the lube, because if you spray out too much, you can just pick up the ball of foam and put it, well, put it wherever you like. It did get a little bit sticky after a while, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons on this one. Overall, this Foaming Intimacy Lubricant wins points for convenience, just like Easy Cheese!
